But beyond that, my deepest passion is my students. I want everyone to feel seen, understood, and inspired to reach their full potential – whatever that may look like for them. I believe in meeting students where they are, helping them tap into their unique strengths, and guiding them to develop the confidence and resilience they need to navigate their own paths to success. My goal is to foster an environment where students can take ownership of their learning, challenge themselves, and, most importantly, realize that they are capable of far more than they might think.

For the last 20 years, I've been in the trenches, teaching and mentoring thousands of high school and college students and educators, coast to coast. My mission? To inspire, educate, and entertain educators while giving them practical, battle-tested strategies they can take straight into the classroom – and use right away. No fluff, just real tools that work. I also help them feel empowered and fired up to make a lasting impact on their students' lives.
